Sidney Shaw consists of three twenty-something guys from Glasgow. Their music is an unusual hybrid of different influences such as Bob Dylan, The Pixies and Frightened Rabbit. Their style of music, previously dubbed 'unpigeon-holeable', focuses on the raw energy of a live performance . Sidney Shaw have been playing shows around Glasgow since late 2009. With years of writing under their belt they released their first EP 'Was Here' in mid 2012. Since their EP launch the band have being going from strength to strength playing frequent show and increasing their following. Over winter they have been writing more tracks for their eagerly anticipated second EP due for release in late 2013.
