this is a very early demo for a Perfumer track
i made it last night with my 80's Yamaha PSS-50 and my phone.

this was not meant to see the light of day, but yet here it is, hope you like.

mouthbreather ive stayed in my bed for days
who the hell are you calling a human being
seek out all of my imperfections 
and ill scratch up your vinyl collection
and curse at all the gods so for once it will be you they have to question

wait for it's quiet
to teach then all a lesson

friends are constructs we're all alone in space
that's what she said
but I can't believe her because I've found him
people are stupid with their cares and woes
my problems are way more important than yours

so we sat on the windowledge in blankets and watched the sun rise loop on a monochrome town with apathy splattered like gray paint over the concrete
and we frowned, because the faces that passed our dangling legs each looked like pencilled out paintings that never quite made it to colour
the sky was a soapy gray and tiny raindrops fell onto the pavement bellow us like snow that should have been but didn't. we both felt like we had  this emotion before, like that bittersweet feeling you get when you've over napped or when you look at old photos of your parents and realise that you are an improvisation, a probability.
as the people left their houses like wind up soldiers matching one step after another into their ford fiestas  we sat and watched them doing so and for one fucking second we left those black and white streets of dover. for then we were in colour.

i could've fit in the palm of your hand
Ill flinch and I'll turn and I'll fall out again
