A Trip to the Sea

A musical background for effective thinking about things.

The whole composition consists of four improvised instrumental pieces - "NORWID", "EN57", "CIECHANÓW" and "UKRAINA". Each of these parts stimulates different parts of the inner brain, in order to improve problem-solving, decision-making, and overall life-planning, while also reducing overthinking, excess worrying and being stupid. 

For best results, download the track, take half an hour of your free time, get a bicycle and set out on a short trip with this music on headphones. Try avoiding heavy traffic for safety and concentration. Walking or driving would also work, however it is important for the trip to be independent and not on the occasion of something else, like commuting to work.

Muzyczne tło dla skuteczniejszego myślenia o różnych rzeczach.

Na kompozycję składają się cztery instrumentalne improwizowane utwory - "NORWID", "EN57", "CIECHANÓW" i "UKRAINA". Każda z tych części działa stymulująco na poszczególne części mózgu wewnętrznego, poprawiając rozwiązywalność problemów, podejmowalność decyzji i ogólną planowalność życia, jednocześnie pomaga zniwelować hiperrozkminozę, nadmierne martwięctwo i głupość.

Dla najlepszego efektu należy pobrać utwór, poświęcić pół godziny wolnego czasu, wsiąść na rower i wybrać się na krótką wyprawę z tą muzyką w słuchawkach. Dla bezpieczeństwa i koncentracji lepiej unikać ruchliwych ulic. Spacer lub przejażdżka samochodowa również przynoszą efekty, jednak ważne jest by była to wycieczka dla wycieczki - bez celu, a nie przy okazji.

Aleksandra Siemieniuk is a Warsaw-based guitarist and composer known for her expressive, genre-defying approach to music. Her style fuses raw blues and jazz improvisation with gritty noise-rock textures and experimental soundscapes. Over the years, she has collaborated with various artists and bands, contributing her distinctive guitar work to numerous projects. 

Her guitar playing blends bluesy phrasing with a raw, emotional edge and distorted textures, layered over beats and electronic grooves.
