WOW! I had a ridiculous amount of fun performing at the From Scratch Stage for Friendzy Fest Music Festival here in Alberta, Canada. I hosted a Beats to Snack to Super Sexy Grilled Cheese Party and the vibes were SO HIGH. I've been itching for the chance to play some sunny day chill bangers at a festival and that dream has finally come true. I appreciate every single awesome human who popped by to vibe with the Caraboo Crew. Cheers to Dave Vandamage for having me at his super cool food truck stage!!! Ninjette - Paradise Music Festival 2024

The lead single off the upcoming debut album from Walker & Royce, “Take Me To Your Leader” is the insanely catchy hit that features the charismatic vocals of longtime friend and fellow New Yorker Dances With White Girls. The song tells the tale of an stimulating trip from out of this world, constructed around an impeccable Walker & Royce production—the first from their much anticipated LP “Self Help”.

Fisher debuted “Ya Kidding” at the beginning of the Summer and it took a life of it’s own. It was perpetually in the top 10 for months, one of the most Shazamed tracks in Ibiza & UK through the festival season, took over multiple chart positions around the globe, and included an official video featuring an epic shoe-off, and became one of the biggest songs of 2017. 

With a track that strong as your first record, it was going to be a hard act to follow. Fortunately, Fisher’s sophomore release “Oi Oi” puts all those fears to rest. 

Leading off the EP is “Stop It”—the already infamous ‘roller coaster song’ that fans ask us about daily. The marriage of the track’s bassline and one sentence verse combine for an attention-grabbing single that raises the energy exponentially no matter where it’s played.

“Ya Didn’t” adds a funky bass bounce to a heavy synth stab, and a big buildup that cements Fisher’s reputation as a monster of the party.

When we approached Walker & Royce to make an album in 2016, we knew the guys were pioneering a new sound and thought they would make a timeless album traversing genres and moods.   Needless to say, “Self Help” blew away our expectations, hitting #1 on multiple charts and leading them on a sold-out tour that’s still going a year later. 

It’s impossible to change perfection, but the album was still ripe for some new interpretations from some close Dirtybird family and friends.  John Tejada re-appears after his first appearance on DB003 in 2005 with his remix and dub of “My Own Thang”, taking a stripped back approach with punchy drums and tweaked synths. Justin Martin & Ardalan team up for their take on “Can You Pass That”, with new drums and dramatic risers. Justin Jay surprises everyone with his deeper SoCal version of “Take Me To Your Leader”. J.Phlip is back with her acid lover’s remix of “Rub A Dub” feat. Green Velvet. Walker & Royce deliver their own rework of “Role Models” for their sets, and up and coming producer Franklyn Watts beefs up the bass on “Love and Marriage.” 

Overall, this package is loaded with great versions of W&Rs “Self Help,” so do yourself a solid and help yourself.
