🎼 Want to reference or sample a classic artist? Get an IPI or BMI number and formally request permission.
📜 In our case, BumaStemra can split royalties fairly (e.g., 50/50 or 75/25), based on agreements.

✅ This also ensures that artists will share royalties on their work and benefit from the future as well.
It is up to the original artist to agree with the royalty split.
If they do not agree, you CANNOT use it — and must delete the content immediately.
