Episode 003 is titled "Serotonin". Serotonin is the hormone responsible for our happiness. Coming from someone who struggles with depression, music gets me through days that are unbearable. Mixing music and listening to music is my serotonin. I hope to release some serotonin when listening to this mix and know you are not alone.
