In the time of social distancing, and closed schools and workplaces, people are getting out into nature more and more. To experience nature in a new and perhaps even deeper way, try a soundwalk, for which the goal is learning to listen and understand nature through sound. My soundwalk takes you through six exercises to train your ears and asks you to reflect on your experience as you practise listening. Enjoy!
