I want to be successful, only for a fear of shame,
I graduated and now I'm slowly rotting away,
Completely un-driven due to how I've seen the world work,
Unwitting to be someone underneath somebody else,
Now the girl from Little Fishy doesn't talk to me,
And my current girlfriend has to pay for everything/And my girlfriend has gone completely crazy,
Jealous with envy of my friends who put in effort and are deserving,
Now look who feels Seven Years Behind and still isn't learning.

Maybe I should just put this all behind me,
Keep my eyes averted and carry on silently.

I know I said I'd take you to the cosmos and back,
But I can't reach the stars myself, so I don't know how I'll get you there as well,

Ironically we toast health, with double vision.
