silhouette is a modern alternative rock band from Singapore. The band was formed in July 2007, by guitarist Ahmad Khaliq, vocalist Shahrizal. They were joined by bassist Mahfuz Jafar and drummer Muhammad Hafiz shortly. On January 2009, silhouette released a debut EP titled 'Discover'. silhouette later expanded by including keyboardist/guitarist Firdhauz Asyraft from A N E C H O I S in 2013

silhouette's sound is multi dimensional and constantly changing. They have cited a diverse and wide range of influences. The band's sound has, however, been rooted in the modern rock/alternative scene.
There's also a greater number of influences, which includes genres and styles outside modern rock and alternative. From non-traditional song structures, elements of post hardcore, metal, pop, jazz & soul. 
Innovative, Expressive and Atmospheric. Powerful and Aggressive. Creating a unique dynamic. Its a collage of what this band is all about.
