filthy frequencies vol. 2

sillysounds is a free-form electronic music producer, vocalist and DJ from the East Coast who also spends time singing and songwriting. They have been making music for as long as they can remember within many mediums, with over 5 years of DJing experience.

While they mainly enjoy mixing experimental, future bass, trap and old-school hip-hop / glitch-hop influenced tracks, many genres will likely make an appearance in their sets. Curating a journey through sound with intentionally mixed tracks is the main motivation behind each performance, highlighting the vast potential that unique sound design and bass can have in healing through frequency.

When they aren't performing, as someone who is passionate about both music and the community, sillysounds is determined to use their platform to spread awareness of harm reduction and the importance of art and music therapy through meet-ups and workshops at events as often as possible.
