The German DJ and producer Alexander Gerlach started his project Niconé in 2007 in order to combine his two passions, fashion and music. Most parts of the world are in a state of isolation right now and the whole situation makes me confused, worried and thoughtful.

But what seems to me the most appropriate question is whats coming next? Do our societies learn out of this crisis? I think the time has come for more humanity and humility. The opportunity for more love and mindfulness in this world has come. I really hope that we start thinking less about ourselves and start to understand the world as a whole. 

Here, I'm sharing with you my - musical - Reflection on Mindfulness which has been recorded on Saturday night in my studio. I hope you'll resonate with it.
