Singer songwriter Steve O’Connell and multi instrumentalist producer Joshua Wentz weave folk pop dreamscapes as Silvergirl. 

This Chicago based collaboration was born out of the 2009 RPM Challenge to record an album in the 28 days of February. 11 years later Silvergirl released Left on Central, another product of RPM. 

With a mix of acoustic clarity and electronic blur, Left on Central draws inspiration from Peter Gabriel, Paul Simon, and Mark Kozelek.  

The eight tracks on the new record hold hope close in those times when dread feels closer.
