The UK has always produced amazing urban artists, with the 90s and early 2000s being the era of great UK R&B, with artists such as Beverley Knight, Craig David and Shola Ama along with so many others, creating their own unique brand of R&B, popular enough to compete with the massively successful American R&B scene.

However, recently I felt like there was a decline in new British R&B artists breaking through and even fewer becoming as successful as their American counterparts, so I travelled across the UK to speak to some of the talented up and coming UK talent, and asked them their opinions on the current state of the UK R&B scene, as well as provide an introduction into the genre of Future R&B.

This is my look into The Future Of UK R&B.
