As those hazy days grow longer and our vitamin D levels finally spike, we’re diggin’ into our catalogue and breathing new life into ‘IRIS’; the sun-soaked EP from Argentinian producer Sidirum.

The original release saw his first venture into the world of Balearic music and, rightly so, received the nod of approval from many big names within the scene. So, we thought it was only fair to expand this release further, connecting artists on one release, from Argentina, France, Canada, the US and the UK, all with one common love of the more delicate downtempo sounds.

We’re super happy to have John Beltran, Eddie C, Coyote, Léna C, Pete Herbert, Ruf Dug, Blair French, Mr Beatnick and ourselves on the remixes. Each artist crafting their own take on the original, resulting in a shimmering collection of blissed-out tracks just in time for summer season.

"We’ll watch the sun set into the sea and greet it in the morning" - with her mesmerizing voice sings Justė Starinskaitė, the vocalist of Lithuanian super-group "Saulės Kliošas". 

With a sunset in mind, I wanted to turn these lyrics into a mantra. To witness both sunrise and sunset in the same day - it's like a cheatcode to make your day special and magical - super long too. Nida is the rare place you can can easily do both in a walking distance. One of many reasons of its magical charm. 

For this remix, I invited the talented violinist Agnė Doveikaitė to add the finishing touches—and she delivered a stunning line, that floats beautifully over the track, playfully flirting with the vocals. Mixed with a powefull bassline from the original, the result is a perfect example of "Baltic Balearic" mood.
