Dear Friends it's been only one month since reggae icon and dub pioneer Lee 'Scratch' Perry  passed away and went to Zion.
Considered one of reggae's founding fathers, £$P was undoubtedly a legendary singer and a revolutionary music producer, a real studio wizard, a talent scout and one of Bob Marley's first mentors, an incredible sound engineer who invented numerous mixing techniques.
His contribution to the development of Reggae music, among other music genres, was indeed crucial. I'm not wrong when I say that without his work all modern music would not be the same. 
I've therefore decided to dedicate this fitting tribute to him, and it mostly focuses on the first part of his career in the legendary Black Ark Studio, where it all began!
