Click on the wee pencil icon in the bar directly above the wave form. this allows you to edit the track's settings. scroll down to near the bottom of the edit page and select the "make original downloadable" box. then click the big save settings button. A wee "down" arrow should pop up in that wee bar next to favourites, pencil and share icons. people just click that and download.
