The dark of night still inspires the ever-rising talent of Omnia. Giving nocturnal adventures their warming glow, his sound continues to warm dance land. ‘Immersion’ is the long-awaited follow-up to ‘The Light’, ‘The Fusion’ and ‘Infina’. And yes, he does it again!

Ukraine has all reason to be proud. Their hero, the young but incredibly gifted Evgeny Smirnov, looks back upon a series of hits. Rocking the A State of Trance crowd and listeners is only just a small niche of the reach he has. Stretching further, bit by bit, he reaches out with ‘Immersion’. 

Putting a refreshing touch to a familiar and beloved sound that we’ve come to know so well, ‘Immersion’ brings the best of melody, energy and yes…a tad of mystery.

Some musical pieces follow us in history, growing and moving along with time. One of them is ‘Greece 2000′. There’s something everlasting about this Three Drives On A Vinyl classic, first released in 1997. In 2013, it’s time for two new remixes to shatter across the dance floor: ‘Greece 2000’, by Matt Davey and Disfunktion. 

A young UK talent on the rise, with a keen ear for revival. His new version of Ratty’s ‘Sunrise (Here I Am)’ continues to haunt the floors, and so will his interpretation of ‘Greece 2000’. Adding a bit of big-room sensation and melodic change, while upgrading it to the 2013 sounds, makes his remix a welcome addition to the playlists this summer’s end. 

Dutchies Disfunktion handle this classic all too well, stripping it to down into a minimalistic prog-house interpretation, with respect for its origin al. Get that distortion up and rock to this big-room baby!

If anything binds the tangle of styles that rock Orjan Nilsen’s productions, it’s energy. And there’s plenty of that served on his new one. The second single of his upcoming album is the shiny, big-room loaded ‘Violetta’!
Hot off the dark shaded ‘No Saint Out Of Me’, the Norwegian producer sets the tone with another 7 minute work of art. The pre-taste of what awaits us of his second artist album, the follow-up to the successful ‘In My Opinion’, is more than promising. It’s unlike any of his previous works, yet carries that unmistakable Nilsen sound. 

Building at a right speed, rapidly unfolding its melodic character and kicking in right after its break. That’s what ‘Violetta’ is all about. Another tune that deserves the Armind halo on top.
