PREMIERE: Adam Bennett - I Want Your Love

Funkyjaws Music kicks off a new series here with a focus on hefty disco jams. Bodgan RA is first up to flex his muscle with 'Taboo' which is full of bright synth lines and gorgeous vocal harmonies best to some lush guitar riffs. 'Buffalo' then brings some old-school energy with chopped-up beats and scratching that eventually unravel into a feel-good 80s disco sound. The joyous vibes flow on freely through 'La Battaglia' with its cosmic guitar leads, horns and raw claps then 'Detective' shuts down with the most steamy cut of the lot complete with brilliant funky undertones and expressive synth solos.

Fell in love with this tune on first listen when Cardiff based DJ & producer, Dan Newman sent it across about a week ago.

Clocking in at 4:39 minutes, 'Killing In Detroit' ticks several of the right boxes. A UKG tune that's built around an acapella that reaches out to the inner innocence of its listener, the track features warm synths and a steady beat with subtle fills, whilst coated with the sweet sound of a vinyl crackle. The kind of tune that fits any time of day. An instant favorite over at Filth Inc. HQ!

About Dan Newman -

Dan Newman is an underground DJ who is predominantly known for his eclectic sets, switching from multiple genres such as garage, house, break-beat, disco, electro, jungle and ghetto house. 

A recurring theme within his track selection remains constant, which is high, fact paced energy. Dan had co-founded a series of events within The Valleys which has seen him book the likes of Trance Wax, Kettama & Elliot Adamson and created a scene where local DJ's could express their individual styles without any restrictions. 

His recent move to Cardiff has already seen him book the likes of Space Dimension Controller and Dan hopes to develop his unique underground experience within the city.
