When house was still one thing ! I found this live vinyl mix from 2001,  from my final year  of going under my old DJ name Miss Bisto before using the family name Da Costa. It is now almost 25 years old !

Simon is one half of The Back Room with long-time friend Luke Stereo, a 21st-century Balearic acid-disco project connecting sci-fi disco, dub, acid house, balearica, afrobeat, post-punk disco and eastern rhythms. Together they run a venue at Glastonbury Festival and have played Bugged Out, The Egg London, Boomtown, Motion and more.
He is also part of Shimmy Discotheque, the Shindig Festival offshoot offering a house- and disco-led soundtrack. The team delivered the Saturday night set at this year’s Shindig Festival and Lake Paradiso.
A resident for Empathy, one of Bristol’s longest-running club nights, Simon has played with Nick Warren, Sasha & Digweed, Laurent Garnier, Danny Howells, Jody Wisternoff, and Bushwacka. He also appears nationwide with Balearic Burger’s eclectic parties.
