Esta canción está inspirada en María Fauro, la señora que limpiaba en la empresa  donde yo trabajaba y de la que tengo un entrañable recuerdo por su bondad y su coraje. Está dedicada a ella y, por extensión, a todas las mujeres de la limpieza, porque creo que no se valora su trabajo como se debería.

Hemos grabado dos versiones: en la de Carmen París se siente la fuerza y el coraje, mientras  que en la de Ana López Lorente destaca el cariño y la ternura. Y las dos están repletas de una entrega y sensibilidad que consiguen emocionar. Destacar, además, el piano de José Mª Berdejo, el chelo de Pablo Baleta, las guitarras de Nacho Abril y los “polvos mágicos” del ingeniero de sonido Juan Miguel Sánchez, del estudio de grabación Sin/Con Pasiones.

This is another free improvisation, a music piece that I have invented while playing it. I tried to express my current mood while sitting at my piano and looking outside into my garden park. This song is my reflection on Kali Yuga, but the truth is, it was not my own idea. It came entirely from the mind of my dear friend and sister in music, @DJShAnkAri. Until she shared her wisdom with me, I knew nothing about Kali Yuga. She told me about this age described in Hindu tradition—the Age of Darkness, where truth and virtue are fading, where greed and conflict often seem to rule. But she also showed me the other side of it: that even in such a time, the soul can rise, and spiritual light can be found in the very heart of the shadows.

This song is my attempt to honor what she taught me—to capture both the heaviness of the age we are in and the hope that still burns within it. It’s about seeing beyond the decay and remembering that even when the world feels broken, there is resilience, there is awakening, and there is always the possibility of transformation. @vicky-adair
