Hello and welcome – I'm Simondark.

I've been creating music for nearly 40 years, driven by passion, curiosity, and a deep love for sound. As a self-taught drummer, I was heavily influenced by the iconic sound of the 1980s, which still echoes in my creative work today. At 15, I founded my first school band; at 16, I joined my first cover band – and from there, I played in various groups until I became part of Dementi.

Although Dementi didn’t achieve commercial success, we reached a major milestone with a record deal, producing several EPs and two full-length albums featuring my work as the band’s drummer.

In the late 2000s, I moved abroad, marking the end of my time with Dementi and the beginning of a new chapter. I pursued a degree in Digital Creative Media in Ireland and Austria, expanding my skills in sound design, video production, and creative technologies.

Since then, I’ve been working on independent music and visual projects, producing not only my own material but also collaborating with other artists. Special thanks to Nataliya Frenzel (@natalia-frenzel-926487266), whose piano compositions were a joy to produce and enrich.

I welcome collaborations with artists from all backgrounds. I believe in the power of diversity, experimentation, and mutual inspiration.
