FENN (real name Fenn Piper) had his first release on Open House Records in 2019, this was quickly followed by a further release on Nervous Records, and to finish the year off a third release on Stash Records. Kicking off 2020 I’m A Dreamer was released on Whore House Records, and this track reached #45 in the Beatport Jack n House Chart, which was a massive achievement, and confirmation that what FENN was doing was working. FENN has also had tracks played on Radio One, Centreforce Radio, and Maidstone Radio.

The latest installment of our free download series welcomes Henri Hurtig aka Cid Inc back for his third appearance. 2019 proved to be another year of successes for the Finnish artist and Replug label boss. The March release of his well received ‘Via Karela’ EP got the year underway, setting the stage for contributions to Hernan Catteneo’s ‘Balance Presents Sunsetstrip’ compilation and the Armadillo Records ‘Fields, Vol. 1’ collection. October then saw Henri commemorate Replug’s ten-year anniversary with the Orsen collaboration ‘Ten’, before returning to Guy J’s Lost and Found Records with a chart-topping remix of Kasper Koman’s ‘Hi’ to round the year out in style. The beginning of 2020 has been equally inspired, with remixes for Beat Boutique and Einmusika, along with the March release of his acclaimed ‘Citadel’ EP. Having delivered his remake of James Holden’s ‘A Break In The Clouds’ to our series in 2018, Cid Inc now returns with his much requested edit of The Beloved ‘Sweet Harmony’ (Kosmas Epsilon & Zorz 'Northern People' Bootleg Mix). Released in 2004 as a white label only, the track proved impactful, earning play from a broad spectrum of A-list Djs and firmly etching its place in the history of progressive music. Long a favourite of Cid Inc, the Replug boss took to re-editing the classic last year, resulting in months of play from Hernan Cattaneo. Now after much demand we’re happy to offer the track as an exclusive free download. We hope you enjoy it.

Simon Doty’s origins from Canada’s Western wilderness to a college basketball shooting guard may seem like an unlikely path for the emergence of a finely tuned electronic artist. A self-taught gear master ‘whiz kid’ with a profound understanding of musical composition and engineering, Simon has earned the ear of his peers and heroes alike.
