This is a speed metal song I started a few years ago, from the standpoint of an angry reject from the society (a criminal, rebel, maniac...).
It features Victor Lawrence on the cello, while the bass solo at around 2'12" is played by Billy Sheehan.

Where I Belong

This piece is a revisited adaptation for 4 classical guitars of a piano piece I wrote in the 1980s, and never recorded. Vaguely influenced by Maurice Ravel, Claude Debussy, Paco De Lucia and Slayer, in this version the first guitar plays the left hand piano part from the original composition, the second plays the right hand, while the third and fourth guitars have been layered upon the first two, in order to enrich the pre-existing elements.

Everything I Wanted

A beautiful grey horse is roaming in the desert at sunset when he starts noticing some spaceships flying by. Eventually, he reaches one of the spaceships which had landed, enters it, and takes control.
In the end, he convinces a bunch of his horse friends to do the same...

“Grey Horse’s Standpoint” is a meditative composition that carries emotional weight. Like certain classic Spaghetti Westerns, its imagery evokes vast landscapes — in this case with a surreal sci-fi twist, to be taken with a sense of humor!

Desert Song

Simone Sello is a guitarist, music composer/producer, surrealist filmmaker, and journalist, known for his work with the Sanremo Festival Orchestra, Billy Sheehan, Aaron Carter, Disney, Hannah Montana, Vasco Rossi, and Warren Cuccurullo.

After studying the violin, he started a professional career as a guitarist in his native Rome (Italy), recording the song “The Fighter” with his band Waterfall, for the compilation Metal Attack (RCA 1987). Then he kept working as a session musician both live and in the studio. 

In 1997, he moved to Los Angeles, where he began working with a wide range of artists and contributing to many music projects. He quickly gained a reputation for his technical proficiency and unique playing style, which blends various musical genres.

Sello has also collaborated with major entertainment companies such as Disney: he has worked on several projects with pop superstar Miley Cyrus, including the hit song "Nobody's Perfect" and the soundtracks for the hit Disney shows "Hannah Montana" and “High School Musical”.
He has also composed music for several TV series, among which are entire seasons of the World Poker Tour.

Sello is particularly well-known for his work on the guitar, where he is recognized for his creative use of effects and guitar synth, as well as his ability to seamlessly blend various musical genres into his playing. In addition to his music work, he has also directed and produced experimental movies, showcasing his creativity and vision in the visual arts.
