More than a classic re-designed, Amháin & Freedo Mosho's take on Sasha's seminal "Belfunk" taps deep into the core of the 1999 Xpander EP masterpiece and soars without ever compromising that primordial sense of finesse.

Enthralling from the outset, the remix builds its mystique on resonating bass stabs and surging mid-frequencies, creating a hypnotic frame that puts us under submission before narcotic fumes rise from its cavernous depths.

Propelled by a myriad of effervescent effects and acidic flourishes, the production pair leads "Belfunk" across the night into a break in the clouds where the moonlight reflects in kaleidoscopic fashion against the city's warm embrace, dousing it in a new light before chemistry works its magic.

In a delightful sleight of alchemy, Amháin & Freedo Mosho conjure a meandering lead that hangs suspended as it moves, drawing aqueous figures with every beat, showcasing a more sensual side of "Belfunk" for a sultry take on a quintessential piece of electronica.

Canopy Sounds welcomes the emerging and talented belgian producer, Greg Naïro to our mix series. 

Greg released the his original track "Azaar" on our Various Artist compilation earlier this year which has been supported by many melodic and dreamy DJs around the globe. With so much time spent in the studio in recent years, it is no surprise that the music emerging from his sessions is connecting with audiences far and wide. This year also featured a successful contribution to David Hohme's label, Where The Heart Is, with the hauntingly beautiful "Manaus Voices." This young producer will certainly be making more waves in 2020!

Greg put his heart into this special live studio set featuring all original music as well as some collaborations with Modulo (@modulobelgium) which we are so honored to be able to share with you all.
