A bunch of music and songs I made for Cartoon Network's 'The Fungies'. This is all from season 1.

The director Stephen P. Neary and I decided on the musical world being full of warm analogue synths that sound like they're recorded to warped VHS tapes, with lots of parodies of 80s songs to create an overall feeling of nostalgia for the kind of TV Stephen enjoyed watching as a kid :)

A song I wrote for Cartoon Network's Clarence for a bit where Clarence tries to talk a mountain lion down from a tree. Pastiche of Always by Erasure.

This is a song I made for Clarence on Cartoon Network for the "Slumber Party" episode, specifically scenes where Sumo and Jeff are hanging out in Jeff's bedroom. The directors thought Jeff probably listens to music like Radiohead, so I made a parody with lyrics about the troubles of being super smart...

Hit The Piñata [from Clarence on Cartoon Network]

This is from the Bedside Manners episode in season one and is another track that Jeff listens to in his bedroom. We thought he'd probably be into The Smiths so I made a pastiche of This Charming Man. In the scene Jeff is building an Eiffel Tower out of spaghetti so I wrote some pompous lyrics about yearning for more culture in a land of dumbness.

This is from a scene in 'Nothing Ventured' where Clarence and Sumo are sneaking around at night putting cockroaches in everyone's houses like naughty little fairies. I had a lot of fun doing a weird upbeat remix of Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy!
