From Leeds England, singer/guitarist/songwriter Simon Widdowson traveled to America and spent several years on the road absorbing musical influences from the blues of Chicago the alt-country of the Midwestern States the folk music of the Southwest and the indie rock of the the Northwest.

After 15 years in America and then 3 years in Ireland, Widdowson spent time in Lyon where he met bassist Pierre Granjean, and Togo drummer Martial Macauley both veterans of several notable French rock groups.

This combination of a well-traveled English singer/guitarist, an African drummer and a French bassist is perhaps the most fitting and most compelling musical representation of Widdowson's songwriting; a sound rooted in the blues but with English pop rock sensibilities and an American sense of space and perspective.
