I've been working on this track for a few days but I've come to the point where the more I tweak it the worse it sounds. So I've decided to 'park' it here .. I may come back to it.

The process:
 
-Spent a fair while finding and tweaking a sitar-like sound and a further while making it sound like some strumming was going on. 

-Found a nice beat to play with and chopped and munged it, removing all the kick drums.  

-Created loops for nylon string guitar, slap bass & strings.

-Mixed it all up

-Created a descent into EDM

-Remixed it

In 1987 M.A.R.R.S. released Pump Up the Volume and I heard a new kind of music, based almost entirely on samples. It was wicked . It was Pump Up The Volume.
