As there is Science Fiction, there is also Music Fiction and I wanted to pay homage to the excellent Science Fiction cartoonists and especially to the one who inspired me the most: Philippe Druillet
Superb science-fiction comic book with Philippe Druillet who has a fantastic, delirious, violent drawing, but which shows us the permanent violence since the night of times!
Men have always been "ugly" but the difference is that the Earth before was undeniably more beautiful. Thank you for listening!

This is the story of Seagrave Tiller Hook and ladder 5211 who served with the Glencove Volunteers fire fighters  in Glencove, Long Island, new York from 1987 until 2011. when she finished service she was  bought by an Irish man called Liam Moore who has a passion for Fire Brigade and has quite a collection. He transported her from America to Ireland and this song tells the true story, or maybe a part of the true of her travels from Glencove and her arrival here in Dublin. she is 56 foot long, 30tonne and has a 100f foot ladder, driven by a V8 engine and it was my pleasure to ride in her for a few hours with Liam.  Liam brings her to charity events and exhibitions to show her off and spend most of his time underneath or on top working on her. here is a youtube link to her arriving in Ireland, we will be putting a  youtube video for the song together in due course .

The story starts in  Glen Cove, long Island USA 
Ladder  5211 starts up  for her last day 
All the boys from the volunteers 
Could have filled up the water tanks with tears,  
They didn’t want to see her go away 
But they knew she had done her stint and that she couldn’t stay 
So they gave her a big send off and sent her on here way 
flashing lights and sirens blazing 
they all said their good bye that night
from the Station to the docks there wasn’t one dry eye in sight 

Chorus 
Oh Liam Moore’s fire Brigade is the best you’ve ever seen 
She’s 50 foot from front to back and he keeps her very clean 
She came all the way from Glen Cove City in the USA 
Now she’s parked in Liam Mores driveway and she’s here to stay

She was loaded up on a ship bound for Dublin IreLand 
Where Liam moore agus Laim Beag had everything in hand 
They couldn’t  hold in the  excitement 
when the ship docked at Dublin Keys 
And when the dockers took her off the ship they  both got weak at the knees

They drove her home via  pears street past Tara street fire station 
Where all the boys from the fire brigade  gave her a standing ovation 
They drive up O Connell street 
and past the GPO  
With the sirens on and flashing Lights it’s the only way to go .

All the neighbour on the road  were excited to see her arrive 
Liam knocked down half the house trying to get her in the drive 
And Annies from number 10  
Said Liam lock hard try that again 
He’s never going to get her in the drive

These people are driving me nuts.

What is it with these people?

These people who are so desperate to be seen to be heard, and be seen to be part of the herd, that they stand up and say something.

They then apologise for having said it, when, out of a global population of 8bn, someone, like, maybe, I dunno, Quentin from Bishop's Itchington who breeds rare goats, and has an embarrassing skin problem and no friends declares himself offended by the “something” and because his goats look sad and a bit grubby and have floppy ears, twenty other people out of the 8bn declare themselves to be offended too.

Cue apology and retraction.

“These people” have no use or value in society and need to be removed from the gene pool immediately by the empowerment of balanced observers such as me.

For crying out loud.

I’m sorry for whatever I just said,
I’ll now expound the opposite instead.
While what I said is simple fact sure as I’m standing here,
Twitter’s going nuts and that truth will cost me dear.
So I’ll lie right through my teeth, a heinous sin,
To keep them fat endorsement happy dollars rolling in.

Now if a non-PC view slips between the cracks,
I’ll get my PR guys to hastily redact.
Get awareness training, counselling claim PTSD,
Identify as sumpin’ else, blame genetic deficiency.
I got pre-recorded “sorrys” for any trans…(gression) day,
I save apologetic time by having “sorrys” stashed away.
Use any heap of steaming crap to retract my previous monologue tract,
The plain and honest truth ain’t never going to pay.

Here is my isolated guitar solo track with full orchestra for my title track "The Wheel."
The Wheel is a concept song spanning over 20 minutes long, which I wrote in 2017/2018 and recorded in 2019. I uploaded it to my SoundCloud back in early 2020. Here are the last 4 minutes of the song. The song itself is a finale to an album idea that I had, and this guitar solo acts as the grand finale movement. The Wheel was written, recorded and arranged by Louis Taverna

I like to name instruments. For me it imbues them with added life or personality. I don’t tend to go for girls names. I prefer obscure, silly or pretentious ones. I named this 12 string ‘Castrovalva’ after a Lego space cruiser I had for Christmas in the late seventies or early eighties. I named the space cruiser after an episode of Dr Who.
