Another Chinese Cuisine we absolutely love (and many people do) is Hot Pot aka 打邊盧(Da Bin Lo) or 火鍋 🔥 To Us and to many - we see this as the perfect meal for the winter. The concept being very simple - a pot with simmering broth heated up by a portable burner in the middle of the table - accompanied by different meats, vegetables and ingredients. We have been big supporters of Jack and his Orbital London imprint for some time now, so very happy to have him on board for 003! The track, and the whole EP continues to set the label signature sound. The EP will also feature another original track entitled 'Militant' with a remix from Salty Nuts boss Fabe.
