هر قدر چيزى بزرگتر و با شكوه تر باشد ، دلتنگى عميق ترى براى رسيدن به آزادى و رستگارى احساس مى شود.
به راستى چه كسى به دلتنگى يك دانه شن اهميت مى دهد؟
چه كسى به دلتنگى و شرح مصيبتهايِ يك شپش گوش ميكند؟
اگر هيچ چيز وجود نداشت، هيچ كس براى هيچ چيز احساس كمبود و دلتنگى نميكرد.

In my own corner
I have, for thousand times, spoken to him of anger, desperation, passion.
I don't know where he is, but he listens, doesn't say a word, and gives peace and calm.
And what I told him in quiet... 

This piece is a representation of my own experience of meditating asking for peace.
I was initially inspired by a Kurdish folk melody that comes in the finale of this piece. The melody is played with the most expressive Iranian instruments; Kamancheh and Tanbour.
A very recent and most passionate piece in this melody is present in the album "I Will not Stand Alone" by the Iranian Kamancheh master Kayhan Kalhor. The profound sorrow and desperation in the album has touched many young and modern Iranian musicians, including myself, so deeply that they actually turned to Iranian folk music to find the sensation absent in modern music.

This song was originally recorded back in 2009. And just recently, in spring 2015, I had the idea of incorporating one the most (personally emotionally) touching field recordings I did in a forest in Sari in 2014- where I lay down, secluded from our friends, under an enormous gorgeous tree.
The sound of the birds singing in the background, all in the impressive sonic atmosphere of the forest triggered my imagination and resulted in the  finale of the song, which was actually recorded a week ago.

Creep (Radiohead extended cover)

این قطعه رو به عنوان موسیقی پایانی نمایش «خمره» ضبط کردم،  نمایشی که بر اساس کتابی با همین عنوان از هوشنگ مرادی کرمانی، با کارگردانی مزدک میر عابدینی عزیز به روی صحنه فرهنگسرای نیاوران رفت. این قطعه  روی برداشتی از بداهه خوانی احمد مهمی به عنوان ملودی اصلی ضبط شد، که  روی اون من صدای خودمو به عنوان صداهای همراه ضبط کردم.
 در نمایش خمره طراحی صدا و پخش زنده صدا و موسیقی رو انجام دادم که تجربه فوق العاده ای بود.

I recorded this piece as the ending soundtrack of the theatrical play "Vat" which was based on the the same-titled book of Hooshang Moradi Kermani, the internationally renowned Iranian author, and went on stage in Niavaran Culture House.
This piece was actually built on an extract of Ahmad Mohemmi's improvisation recorded at my place as the main melody, on which I later recorded my voice and rearranged the elements.
I was also in the role of sound designer and live playback of the play, which was a great experience.

Khomreh finale - خمره (موسیقی پایانی)

این مربوط به زمانیه که ارادت ویژه ای به موسیقی فاخر و بس تاریک خطه سرسبز اسکاندیناوی داشتم --  حدود 1390.
 و البته هرگز به نحو مقضی ادای احترام نکردم و این خط خطی در همین حد پاره پاره موند.
--کاغذ پاره ها مهم اند. رهایشان نکنیم
