Indie vibes on this one as Tei Shi's sweet vocals drop into a dense, atmospheric beat scene stomp that's all pretty and underwater. Fine work from the Color Station boss, who'll be debuting in Brooklyn at The Palisades on June 20. This one's a free download.

Tei Shi - See Me (Shines Edit)

The idea behind this track was thought up by the main man Native! 

His inspiration came when he watched the short film Sun Day. He decided to write the lyrics based on an imaginary letter from the little boy to his sister and we built the track around this. If you haven't seen the short then follow the link bellow, mute it (no disrespect to the original composer!) and press play on this. It's emotional believe me! 

The vocals were sung by native and the track was constructed by my self. As the song was so emotional and to tie it together with the a side of this release we got Yipping in to play some live Erhu (Chinese violin) for us and it sounds incredible. 

Out to the @substructaudio family for putting this out for us. Watch these guys!
