We are thrilled to present Mau House's brand new EP, titled 'Plastic Face' by Darksidevinyl and Tomy Wahl, incl. remixes by SINAN, Sarcasmo, Amir Telem.
The Egyptian producer Mido Maher aka Darksidevinyl, which is based in Vienna, collaborated with the Argentinian producer Tomy Wahl for their mutual debut EP on Mau House, displaying two powerful and hypnotizing original tracks: 'Plastic Face' and 'Solsticio', which are accompanied by three brilliant remixes. The opening tune is the EP theme track, 'Plastic Face', a peak time hour progressive gem with a solid and very captivating bass-line, warm synth riffs, and acidic melodies that will make any dancer feel possessed. 'Solsticio', exhibits an extremely fresh vibe of top-notch electronica with a romantic atmosphere created by synths, an arpeggiator, and exquisite percussion sounds, followed by a charming Middle Eastern melody, creating a surprising collision between East and West. On remix duty, we have the Spanish producer Sarcasmo with his debut on our label with his remix for the Ep theme track, which displays a more obscure and foggy vibe, while keeping the progressive energy of the original and its captivating warm trippy melody. Coming up next we have the pleasure to welcome Amir Telem to Mau House with his punchy driving interpretation for the EP theme track, 'Plastic Face', which includes deep touching vocals, and lots of pleasurable percussions giving the original a splendid Summery vibe. Last but not least, we have the honor to welcome the Haifa-Based producer SINAN for his debut on our imprint, with an impeccable deep remix for 'Solsticio', presenting an extremely fresh and darkish vibe, perfectly suited for the after-hours on a sweaty club.

We're proud to present SINAN's debut artist album on Yomo Records.

Sinan Abdel Moati's musical journey began when he was nine years old, strumming his first chords on a guitar. Having spent most of his youth receiving classical music training at the Rubin Conservatory Of Music in his native Haifa he later on got exposed to electronic music and technology, which made him develop a great passion for the art of producing and composing memorable songs while developing his own unique style. Since then he has released several singles and remixes, as well as eight EP's, which successfully climbed the Beatport top 100 charts including gems such as ‘Moments', featured on Roger Shah's ‘Magic Island Vol. 9' compilation, and ‘The Tribe' on YOMO Records.

As an accomplished guitarist and live performing artist he strives to push conceptual frontiers, continually moving things forward and welcoming new ideas and experiences that define his presence and style. For the past two years he spent time during the pandemic working on his first artist album, a diverse masterpiece that merges seven tracks into a continuous journey full of stories and twists. Incorporating musical sounds from different cultures each song is based on a certain mood and feeling while gradually transitioning from lighter to darker soundscapes. From the deep vibes of 'Sands Of Tantura' and 'Overthinker', the progressive grooves of 'Higher Dimension' and 'Cordoba', to the techno flavours of ‘Dark Adaptation' and 'Rabbit Hole' SINAN tells his story and establishes himself as one of dance music's most versatile producers.

@siferrecords launches its journey with “Hijaz Landing,” the debut release from label founder @sinanabdelmoati This EP invites listeners on a voyage through new grooves, ancient scales, and empowering melodic stories, setting the stage for a label rooted in tradition yet always exploring new horizons.

Hijaz Landing
The title track pulses with dark, energetic momentum, weaving together techy grooves and hypnotic tribal percussion. Mysterious melodies float above, drawing on the evocative Hijaz scale, while the arrangement is electrified by fleeting, almost aerial sonic textures. The inspiration of the title comes from a sense of landing in a new ancient place, a sonic arrival guided by rhythm and ancestral echoes.

Champion
“Champion” flips the mood, bringing uplift and empowerment to the dance floor. Its euphoria swells atop a roaring bassline, with lush, melodic lines designed to fill listeners with strength and a sense of possibility. The track’s bright, driving character encapsulates the spirit of overcoming and triumph.
