If a track you submitted does not appear in this list, it’s probably because another of your tracks appeared in our Fresh Faves or on the BBC Music Introducing Mixtape during the last three months — we ask that artists featured on either wait three months before resubmitting to give others a chance. We also don’t accept SoundCloud Go tracks, which can only be heard as 30 second previews, and tracks made private after submission, which will be invisible to everyone. Raindancer

14 June sees the release of  ‘Corner Of The Room’, Little Sparrow’s first new material since last year’s ‘Just 3’ EP. The track, taken from the forthcoming album 'Feather Moon' follows up on the debut ‘Wishing Tree’.  The single is certainly darker than previous works - with a video to match - and although the same glorious, soaring voice that characterises all her songs is still there, it is in a more dramatic direction that much of the new album is travelling.

Sincere Deceivers are a London based indie folk-rock 3-piece. A long way from the rolling hills of home, the Yorkshire natives have developed a folk driven sound, rooted in the storytelling tradition. After releasing their first EP, Autumnal Dreams, with a launch at the stunning St Pancras Old Church in 2015, Matt Glover (vocals, acoustic guitar), Tim Davies (electric guitar, vocals), and Dom Main (cello, vocals) have been regulars on the London circuit, developing their unique acoustic soundscapes.

2017/18 saw them at legendary venues like the Troubadour, The Old Queen’s Head and The Slaughtered Lamb, as well as playing shows for Songwriting Magazine, Sofar Sounds and Folkroom Records, picking up friends along the way.

‘Gladness’ is the new single, released across all digital platforms on December 6th. It serves as a wintry bookend to 2019, following the release of ‘Hot Handed’ in January, described by Tom Robinson (BBC Radio 6) as a display of “perfect poise… understated intelligence”, which emerged after a packed-out launch gig at the Sebright Arms and has received local and national airplay, including support from Introducing on BBC Radio 6 Music . It marks their first collaboration with Shuta Shinoda (Daughter, Spiritualized, Haley Bonar) recorded live straight to tape at the Vintage Hackney Road Studios.
