Aural Trace is the solo project of Berlin-based Chilean musician and producer Manuel Ortuzar, half of Random Atlas duo and co-founder of the record label Odd Pleasures. His signature driving and emotional sound finds a way to always present itself seamlessly blending influences from New Beat, Post Punk, Italo Disco and Techno resulting in energetic, dark and introspective music, combined with uplifting cinematic soundscapes, giving to the VA an slashy and haunting-raw edge.

PREMIERE - Mr. Muddy Banks - Bayou (Umo Rmx) (Openthenext)

Frederik Neu and Jakob Mäder teamed up for the good stuff and created a new track, ready to get played on your favourite dance floor. The two producers created this track titled "No Clue" in summer 2023 and it now gets a release on the new label Burning Synths, which is curated by Jason Core. A mixture between Indie Dance, House, quite some layers of percussion and here you go. That ain’t enough for a proper release. So please welcome Nonduality on the remix duties: The Berlin based producer and DJ twists "No Clue" into a forward thinking House groover.

FEINSTOFF PREMIERE: Jakob Mäder & Frederik Neu - No Clue

To close this 2024 full of music we have the honor of presenting the French DJ/Producer Akrav with “Panic Alarm”, a great EP with great participations.
Akrav has very diverse influences, nourished by genres ranging from opera and classical music, to hip hop, rap, post-punk, passing through many other places, reflecting in this EP a little of all this, with some shades of darkness.
One of the remixes is by MMYYLO, from Biarritz the French producer also lets us know his love for analog synthesizers, guitars and voices.
A great contribution comes from Technicism, the renowned and outstanding DJ/Producer originally from Culiacán, Sinaloa, with a solid bass line, hypnotic vocals and irresistible rhythms, making "Bomb Clock" a remix that promises to take this energy to a new level.
The release closes with the remix of Cu Da Curuxa, from Buenos Aires, with a proposal that, rather than closing, opens the EP towards a more than interesting sound.

All aimed at raising funds for social causes, such as our own Foundation, which focuses on the preservation of Indigenous culture & knowledge.
