‘Muy Duro’ flagship V/A series returns this year with his volumen 6, music from new and old souls around the world. Le Dame Noir’s Arthur Johnson give you the entrance ticket with "31SPCIAL", a locomotive ride loaded with a bouncy bass, steady percussions and sharp cymbals that drive you to the peak. It is followed by Cornelius Doctor’s "Zsa Zsa Can't Don't Cry", a metallic and playful percussion with a mix of unhinged and liberating synthesizers.

Changing the semblance are ID_UA & Berny with "Tutta La Notte", a broken beat cut. Its hypnotizing synths will make you descend into the deepest and sweltering of the night, the point where you never want to see the sunlight again. Colossio's "Regios", is the perfect soundtrack to transport you to the multidimensional plane where you don't know if there will be a return accompanied by wild and nutty gnomes or your entrance to the psychiatric. Guitar and synthesizer riffs that when entering the center of your head hypnotize you, distorting your neurons and reality.

To close the compilation is Alvaro Cabana’s "Adventures Under The Dome", ironically inspired by all the theories that circulate today about the "dome" that covers the flat earth. A mix of sounds that could be defined as Robot Disco and Trippy Bleepy Fun, alluding to the fact that no matter if the earth is round, square or an infinite multidimensional plane, we could choose to go through this life with the intention of not stopping to have adventures and positive experiences.

Arp Battery is a track designed for the rush hour of the night, characterized by a powerful bass chained to infectious rhythms and luminous leads that take the dancer to an unknown state of mind. Yarara is the second original of this work, in which the artists expose a dark vision and a dystopian atmosphere at a low revolution bpm.

In charge of the remixes, the artists invited to this sonic delight have contributed tracks that are true gold. Freudenthal makes Arp Battery a very atmospheric track in which he transforms the original into a progressive sonic journey ideal for a sunset. Adrian Marth, the current king of Italo disco, brings out all his heavy artillery and collection of lush synthesizers in the form of a new beat banger, which transports us to the best of the 80's sounds driven by massive electro beats and obscure synths. Disco Mortale presents his demonic and thuggish side to create a killer bomb, straight to explode a dance floor with its frenetic rhythm. Rounding up the release, ODD Pleasures’s bosses, Random Atlas (@randomatlas) join this board of specialists with their own vision of Yarara, presenting a lisergic trip, an organic journey of haunted melodies and textures. Liudas fully reflects the growing scene of his city Vilnius, home of a new wave of artists delivering top electronic and psychedelic club music, that has become the soundtrack of wild clubbing nights in Liudas' hometown.
Mytron & Ofofo (Les Yeux Orange, Multi Culti) the duo formed by Sasa Crnobrnja (In Flagranti) and Jacek Janiszewski turn the original track into an odyssey full of organ sounds and Arabic elements.

Loulou and Pollux aka the @luluxpo, founded @ParadiseChildrenRecords label in 2017, a DJ couple on the European club scene for almost 20 years. They release their 2nd EP in 2019 with “Ivo and Leo aka @Psycho-Weazel” - a duo based in the beautiful medieval city of Neuchâtel. At 23 years old, they are the new generation in the Swiss electronic scene, however, this is their fifth release already and shows great maturity.

“Ascensao Ao Outro Mundo” and “Marumba” are the two original tracks and illustrate the richness of their music: dark electro textures and Italian disco groove on one side, melodies fed by Latin American and African influences on the other. “Ascensao Ao Outro Mundo” with its long intro that plays on the nerves of the dance floor before exploding in fireworks beats, has for instance also inspired two remixes particularly relentless, by two old European electro wolves. The American-Berliner "Curses", and another Swiss duo "@InFlagranti". The latter take on “Ascensao Ao Outro Mundo” keeping the same hedonistic message of the original but adding their own signature disco twist to great effect.

Exclusive Pletnev 'Hope They Won't Come Back (Lion's Drums Remix)'

Alexander Pletnev returns to V's label Le Temps Perdu with his EP 'Voranto Bros', consisting of two original tracks, namely 'Voranto Bros' and 'Hope They Won't Come Back', and two remixes respectively a drum mix of the EP's eponymous track. On remix duties we find 'Discodromo' and Harold Boué aka Abstraxion aka Lion's Drums from Biologic Records who dedicates himself to 'Hope They Won't Come Back' and delivers a heavily rhythmical take that smoothly changes directions when, almost half way in, disco-ish pads take over and add a dark twist to the take that continues to soak its audience deeper and deeper into its fascinating magic before the track fades out and leaves one back with the urge to press rewind to return to the drums and dark synth sounds.

Pletnev's EP 'Voranto Bros' will be released on Le Temps Perdu on September 27th, 2019.
