After almost three years of silence OPAQ finally returns with the debut album of STIGMA, Steve Marie's new alias.
Through noticeable releases on Libertine, Better Sound, Philoxenia or more recently on Mahres, Steve Marie has built a reputation of an extensive and very talented producer, he's back with what appears to be his biggest outlet to date. An album at the crossroads of genres with inspirations ranging from synth-pop to EBM and paying homage to the 80's sound. The 11 tracks will not leave anyone indifferent, as much for a gentle listening as for destroying dancefloors.

These tunes were written in a former Shadwell hospital. Unlike some of London's occupied spaces, this studio-bedroom wasn't filled with dirty laundry and broken dreams, but instead with buttons and flashing lights.
