Pardon Moi is the Berlin-based New Wave Duo featuring the British producer and song writer James Brook & German producer and DJ Thomas Freudenthal. „Addiction“ sounds like John Foxx and Gary Numan joined forces with the global chug, dark disco and synth wave haute volée. This track would have been in the UK Top 20 in 1981, for at least three weeks, we are sure! And the remixes are great too! The Kike am Radar remix adds some high noon post-punk edge to the game, James Rod turns „Addiction“ into a dusty, slow motion new wave monster from outer space. K-Effect turn it into a chuggy synth wave groove and MontCosmic's punchy remix is maybe the tightest of them all with its anthemic vocals, driving new beat acid synths, hypnotic grooves and heavy handclaps. A quality package of New Wave!

Straight from Buenos Aires, producer on the rise Balam shares his musical vision on Esthetique Records with the 6-track 'Chamán' EP. Drawing inspiration from the Mayan's culture, Balam captures the perfect artefact as the organic sounds collides with electronic music. It’s a shamanic voyage into the deep where Votan - a mayan god of heart and drum - take you for a tribal dance.

With a slew of releases on Bordello A Parigi, Throne Of Blood and his very own Ombra International, the New Yorker/Berlin based Curses should definitely ring a bell. He captures the original's shamanic feel, as he extends 'Buho' into a high tension ride. The EP will be released on a very limited batch of cassettes with artwork by French designer Aurelie Garnier, including a remix from K-Effect.

The new not-for-profit label will pledge the profits from each release to a hand-picked charity and kicks off with a fresh single from Leonor, featuring remixes from Curses and Sascha Funke.Profits from the first release will be benefiting The International Elephant Foundation, an NGO which focuses on protecting the severely endangered Asian elephant and the threatened African elephant. They support programs that protect elephants, habitat, and the villagers that live with elephants in their “backyards” by reducing human-elephant conflict.The artist behind the single is Leonor, a DJ and producer from Guadalajara, Mexico who now resides in France. An upcoming star, he has released on Nein Records, Toolroom, and Tom Tom Disco while charting in top positions on Beatport and Juno. He is rapidly making a real impact on the scene and in heavy demand as both dj and producer.His fantastic single here is an organic and inventive track littered with the sound of jungle wildlife, indigenous percussion and vocal chants and loose house drums. Big claps and raw loops help build the pressure making for a sure-fire bomb that will detonate any floor.First remixer is Curses, the New Yorker based in Berlin, known for blending rock & roll with the darker side of disco on labels such as Bordello A Parigi, Throne Of Blood, and Ombra International. However you know Teniente Castillo, you will only know good things. Whether you know the producer of slow and deliberate chunky techno, the label boss of Play Pal music, or whether you just know him as Fernando Pineda, the all round good guy! His Turn for the first compilation from the Sinchi Collective is as you would expect from such a talent, with live instrumentation, snappy snares and a bassline through dancefloors like a chainsaw.
The Sinchi Collective have long been synonymous with quality dance music while putting their name and their efforts to worthwhile causes, being at the helm of a long running podcast where they showcase their friends and most recently setting up a label of the same name. 
As well as turning in a mix which is out imminently, Mr Castillo has kindly contributed to the first Sinchi compilation, and it truly is firing on all cylinders, living up to the name ‘Altered States’. 
Make no mistake, the Ombra, Play Pal and Relish producer makes it clear that it is all about the music, but at the same time, It’s clear that Personality goes a long way.

This is what Daniel Monaco & Futuristant made fusing their forces even tho the two artists  have never met yet in real life the duo sounds like they are meant to be, their productivity results in tracks that you will hear these coming months from different labels, the debut on Rotten City is a track called Hide, label boss Alvaro Cabana instantly fell in love with the track and demanded it be part of the compilation Rotten Citizens Vol. 4
 
Daniel Monaco is whispering on the track, the tune is very carefully produced by the duo.
 
A deep warm yet cold and sharp feeling is running thru the whole track both results of Futuristant sound design skills and Monaco’s synths touch. 

The message of Hide is a challenge and a advice, it says: I’m ready when you are, you trying now to catch me but you can’t ‘cause I’m too far, I’m fading in the stars I’m lighting up the Dark there are no place left for you to hide from here to Mars HIDE!

Secret Fusion is back with a new EP from SouveQ with Phunkadelica as well as SHMLSS and 88Dubs serving up the remixes.
SouveQ is a long standing DJ and producer who has a string of successful collaborative projects under his belt and since the beginning of the year has also been managing the label. He started his latest moniker as a live and production project in 2017 focusing on a synth laden, 80s influenced sound that draws on Nu wave, disco and techno.
Our choice here was remix from old friend of the label by Hungarian producer 88Dubs who's draw on all his years of know-how to offer up his own sizzling and unique remix.
