In pandemic times of telepresences and social distancing, Live At Robert Johnson and Leipzig’s own Riotvan team up for a magical musical mission. Encompassed by the graphic design of Michael Satter & Panthera Krause, each of the five tracks has been created by teams representing both label crews and their environs, rendering a truly synergetic effort.

'Star Stuff' is Roman Flügel & Rebolledo producing deep and wide with arpeggiated bass riffs, haunting vocals and melody. 'Dime' sees Jennifer Touch & Chinaski setting off on an electroid Synth-Pop trip, with crafty 1980s synths, drums and vocals. 'The Lambs Suffer' is New Hook and Perel teaming up for a Cosmic Disco tinged track, featuring unique Spanish-English vocals.

The flipside kicks off with Fort Romeau & Panthera Krause on 'Omicron 8', heavily into a stereophonic and proper Italo soundscape. Horkheimer & Peter Invasion & Gregor Habicht conclude the EP on 'Summe Drei' with a wicked technoid Breakbeat along a modulating bass line and, yeah, a looney laugh befitting these crazy times.

Russian Producer Volta Cab presents himself in MM Discos with Balearic Balsam EP, a record that explores the borders of the sound that was born in the white island, blending it with a “new-wave” oriented vibe.

On the A side, Saint Petersburg based producer, shows us what he likes the most partying obscure rhythms with summery-soothing atmospheres. “Shujumi'' plays along with more ethnic and oriental sounds while “Balearic Balsam” gets highly influenced by the 80’s new wave.
On the B side, the talented Greek producer “Anatolian Weapons” takes over the control by remixing Shujumi, he twists the original track and adds different acid elements building a perfect 4x4 killer straight to your brain. Volta Cab finishes the EP with “Vedic Space Vehicle”, getting a little darker than the previous tracks on the A side but without changing the vibe, delivering an excellent new-age-elektro rooted anthem.

They support programs that protect elephants, habitat, and the villagers that live with elephants in their “backyards” by reducing human-elephant conflict.The artist behind the single is Leonor, a DJ and producer from Guadalajara, Mexico who now resides in France. An upcoming star, he has released on Nein Records, Toolroom, and Tom Tom Disco while charting in top positions on Beatport and Juno. He is rapidly making a real impact on the scene and in heavy demand as both dj and producer.His fantastic single here is an organic and inventive track littered with the sound of jungle wildlife, indigenous percussion and vocal chants and loose house drums. The second release of the French label Crowhunt Records brings the second appearance of Fabio Me Llaman Soltero on our platform. Save his name, peeps: The Guatemalan DJ & producer has been shaking the world for the last months with his bold and sophisticated works. His new EP – "Secreto Infiel", which lies somewhere between dark/new wave and electronic disco – brings two originals plus two remixes by Mexican duo FLXXX and label boss MontCosmik. 

The remix we decided to premiere, made by MontCosmik, seems to deliver an alien message from outer space. Obscure but groovy, his interpretation of "FMLLS" puts together menacing synth & arpeggio layers with a throbbing bassline, giving life to a powerful tune devoted to bringing some ecstasy to the dance floor.

This is what Daniel Monaco & Futuristant made fusing their forces even tho the two artists  have never met yet in real life the duo sounds like they are meant to be, their productivity results in tracks that you will hear these coming months from different labels, the debut on Rotten City is a track called Hide, label boss Alvaro Cabana instantly fell in love with the track and demanded it be part of the compilation Rotten Citizens Vol. 4
 
Daniel Monaco is whispering on the track, the tune is very carefully produced by the duo.
 
A deep warm yet cold and sharp feeling is running thru the whole track both results of Futuristant sound design skills and Monaco’s synths touch.
