We are thrilled to welcome two artists we have long admired to mobilee, for a very special collaboration - Blaktone & Florian Kruse. Berlin’s Florian Kruse has been in the game a long time, releasing on Anjunadeep, Last Night On Earth, Kompakt and now (how?) for the very first time, mobilee. Similarly, Blaktone too have forged his own path through the melodic landscape, hailing from St. Petersburg, the duo have records on Bedrock and Sincopat amongst others.

Kicking off their meeting of minds, “Supernova” is a strong, deep groover, where solid sounds have their own space to shine and contribute to this fierce creation which features a unique vocal story from Joplyn that rightly so, leads the story of this track.

Next up, “Muscida” is no less powerful, but on a different tip. This time synths tell the winding tale that is sure to move the limbs of any listener.

We are gifted with 3 tracks on this stellar EP, and “The Earth Will Be Okay” closes things off as forcefully, yet subtly as the rest of the EP, which we admire not just for the uniqueness of each track, but the way in which it was built. We’re looking forward to hearing this one on a soundsystem.

Here is my second remix which is a mixture of two of my favorite tracks which are Studio Rauschenberg's - Highlands (Ben Böhmer Remix) and Emmit Fenn's - Do You Feel The Same (OCULA Remix). These two tracks sound great together, so I just decided to take some parts of one track and sprinkle them over another with a THOUGHT OF YOU. Let me know what you think about it.

SP words :At times the fact that DJs play other people's music tends to fade into the background somewhat. Time to pay them hommage.
In the course of more than 15 years, we have encountered a bunch of impressive artists.
It was and still is their music that has made our sets what they are. Some of them came to play at one or the other of annual GRAND SPORTFEST events.
Some musical connections have even evolved into long-standing friendships.
So the idea of kinking up with these special colleagues to create a compilation came easy and a while ago. And much later, finally here it is!
Eleven of our most cherished guest artists have contributed their own tracks to create this showcase.

Portuguese house master To Ricciardi delivers this Fall's part 2 of the acclaimed 'Naked'. This time nothing but the stellar duo Frankey and Sandrino plus Lisbon's Discotexas co-founder Xinobi on remix duties.

The F & S duo take Naked into a surprisingly effective club dimension with the pulsating beats with a strong glided bassline taking control of the track. Their deep signature fingerprint with atmospheric melancholic elements provides the dance floor with their own magic touch.

To Ricciardi is one of the pioneers of the electronic movement in Lisbon in the 90s. Releasing under Tribal America and Kaos, he founded his Lisbon studio, Som de Lisboa, in 1991 and in 1999 he launched his first labels, Nylon Discographics and Lupeca. He also has productions on labels like Loopless, Spaceboys, Type, Shelter Ave, Cyz, Shrimp and Vadú and collaborations with Swag-Afro-mystics-Quantic and HowieB.

PREMIERE: To Ricciardi & Notquietsound - Naked (Frankey & Sandrino Remix) [Sururu Records]

Leipzig based producer Marcel Sterling, aka Marc DePulse, is a really visionary and authentic talent. After his appearance in our UpSideDown series he comes back to present his first solo EP on Sincopat. On remix duties, the also great and German artist Animal Trainer.
'Obsolate' starts the pack with a hypnotic and forward-thinking atmosphere that proves the avant-garde vision of DePulse. The electronic trip continues with 'Anno Dazumal', a huge tribute to the 80s' synths, where Marc plays around and gets back to his old days. On'Think Twice' we find a super special piece of electronic music, where Marc switches to a deep and dark mood. The production duo Animal Trainer created a remix with a strong rhythm, adding some original items and going a step forward into the club vibe. Enjoy!

Ukrainean talent AIKON is back on Exploited Ghetto showing us more of his magical skills that have also landed him on other leading labels like Disco Halal and Sol Selectas.
Re.You provides one of his typically excellent remixes, beginning in similar fashion to the original but with a more instantaneous focus on the hovering bass. The stripped-back arrangement slowly gathers weight, with dazzling synth cascades in the breakdown unfolding into the track and blurring in and out of focus, serving as a main hook of sorts. There’s more of a tribal lilt to the beat too, with some percussive inflexion that makes the groove work harder.
Armonica dives into more brooding territory with a techier touch played out in chord stabs and shimmering synth arps. Elements of tribal percussion are pulled into a taut rhythm as snarls of low-slung electronics permeate the mix. A big build/break ramps up the tension, and a spacious yet intense arrangement is carefully constructed.
