‘Glutes’ is peak-time material without being overly fast or chaotic, the energy instead coming from the transportive arrangement and emotive melodic content. The same can be said for Bäumel’s ‘Surge’ on Kompakt, an anthem in the sets of Tale Of Us last year which led to this release.

The title track rises and falls, surging with wide-sweeping synth notes and a steady rhythm to anchor the waves. An infectious refrain pulls you further in and, right on cue, the kick drum continues to beat the sweet spot. ‘Engage’ is filled with similarly subtle details, uplifting arpeggios and atmospheric reverb. Half-way through the melody bursts into life, shining brightly through the haze and creating one of those moments of release that make the Afterlife sound work so well on a dancefloor.

"Same" the result of their one-day collaboration not only surprised the three instantly, also artists like Niconé, Matchy, Brascon and Mononoid could not escape the charm of this song and agreed to contribute remixes.
"Same" is a timeless and highly emotional piece of electronic dance music.

Born as a label, built as a party, grown as a collective and cured as an artist. Depaart’s story is not common. The production duo present three awesome original tracks on Sincopat with a great welcome back: a mind-blowing remix by the forward-thinking disco talent, Lauer.
Koi starts the fire with a super organic synth that is well and truly alive. It stands out in an unpredictable way asking to be the main character of the track. On the remix, the German talent of Lauer gives his special touch by adding more layers and different melodies into a piece of electronic music that counts with two remarkable percussion build-ups. Do it like you do is a fantastic and magical journey through electronic music. Even though it’s hard to tell the style, the common factor is smoothness and the voice of Tom Trago, who participated in this track during a crazy studio session in Madrid with the guys. Carsten Halm is a German DJ and producer who keeps his doings very much under the radar. He started his DJ career more than10 years ago avoiding clubs playing at self organized parties in the countryside near Cologne with just two residencies. The parties got so famous that DJs like Sven Väth came to visit and hang out. This experience prepared him to understand the essence of his music production. His music has the unique quality to bring people together and experience something very positive. Now Carsten plays clubs as well but he still sticks to his roots. In 2018/2019 he released on the label Monkey League. Two of the tracks "Sonnenstrahl" and "Traumtänzer" made it in to the top positions at Beatport. "Herbstnacht" has a tribal sequence running that places you right into an open air setting at night. The track communicates perfectly the exchange of ones inner self with the things that happen around you. The track has the aura of an epic dance track which seems to defy time since it could go on forever. The flip side of the vinyl offers the track "Sternenfunkeln" in its original version and the remix version by shooting star Nils Hoffmann. The original is brooding and mysterious yet it does generate a lot of forward motion that pulls you into the track. The track could be understood as expressing the feeling of dancing below the starts catching illuminating glimpses of stars with their thermonuclear fusion happening while we are to far away to understand any of this but see the radiation into space. Nils Hoffmann’s remix is a sensitive composition with melodies that seem to glide, never touching the ground but on the other hand he has an underlying kind of tension running through the track not
unlike a current.

Coming from the beyond, It is time for the second volume of our summer compilation that convey maturity and intimacy with having a couple of new names on board including Carlo Whale, Deckert, and Arash Shadram. Kicking off with Guzy, a dear friend of the family. He invites Deckert for a well thought through collaboration
'Unter Tage' refers to the age of pre modern industrialism, fusing a stoic machine driven vibe with dark organic patterns created by electronic guitars. The soundscape resonates perfectly with the concrete foundation of the Berlin club scene, adopted home to both producers.
Following up we welcome The Italian distinguished sound of Carlo Whale to the family. Carlo's track 'Midnight Chances' conveys an eclectic sound that is layered with sensual vocals and congruent melodies that merge into an emphatic symphony that represents Carlo's euphoric sound.
Arash Shadram, one of the scene's upcoming sounds and personalities delivers 'One Seconds'. A track that enjoys a driving bassline and congruent symphonies that morphs into a modern soundscape that will rock any dance floor
