ARTBAT is a new collaboration of DJ Artur and Batish. The two came together in the winter of 2015 to share their creative vision which builds upon the unique professional experiences and expertise that each of the two brings to the table.  The melody and depth of the Progressive, the atmosphere of Techno, the hypnotics of Minimal-techno and the rhythmics of Tech-house - this extraordinary project has it all!

Their new EP 'Chivvy / Momentum’ on Definition:Music is a two track affair and we premiere Momentum which is a fantastic late night journey. This is a dark underground track, with the vocal monologue adding to the natural feel of the track.

The debut EP from electronic live duo Stereocalypse on Siamese Records.
Title track ‘Lace Star’ is a subtle yet hypnotic record. Sterocalypse utilise the full duration of the track to add layers to an ever evolving soundscape, with a guitar, echoing synths and a subtle bassline coming together towards the track’s climax.
It’s followed by the humorously titled ‘Not A B Side’, an atmospheric cut with a fusion of percussive and electronic elements giving it an exotic feel. The EP rounds off with ‘Shandy’s Eagle’; showing a little more of the duo’s experimental side, its trippy synth layers and soft bassline make for an ideal way to round off this eclectic EP.
Stereocalypse aim to combine experience and instinct, analog feeling and modern textures in their boundary-free work. A completely new project from two experienced producers, the ‘Lace Star’ EP is a statement of intent from the duo.

You may already know this one… We lock-in the first reload of our burgeoning story so far with a return to Darlyn Vlys's 'Wuzu'. Previously featured on the second V/A 'Muy Duro' EP, it's loaded with an instantly recognisable desert-bound vocal, a warm undulating bassline and that perfect balance between space and tribal intensity. And now it's loaded with a new original and remixes, too…

'Arrival' is brand new material from the rising Spanish artist. Perfect for big entrances and mix intros, once again Vlys has nailed that balance between the space aged and tribal with its staccato voodoo voices and purring, velvet machine prowess.

Remix-wise Disco Sentimento founder Tyu strips back 'Wuzu' for a woozy percussive twist while Modular Project add a whole new layer of bassline space dust to their remix of 'Arrival'. Both complement Vlys's originals, his hip-slinking hypnotic signature and the label's ever-flourishing remit perfectly.

We proudly welcome back German maestro Sascha Braemer to Sincopat, this time for his first solo EP on the label after providing a huge remix for AFFKT some months ago. The forward-thinking 'Vyolence' EP includes three original tracks and one remix by the proven talents Florian Kruse and Julian Wasserman.
'Vyolence' opens the fireworks with an unpredictable slice of electronic music. A mixture of several influences, huge synth layers are treated into a solid base making a crossover timeless piece that perfectly reflects the legendary Braemer's sound. For the remix duties, Florian and Julian offer a groovy re-interpretation also difficult to pigeonhole in a certain style, with a great new bass but still keeping the essence of the original one. On 'Analog Garden' Sascha presents another bomb with a remarkable synth as a hook along the track, more and more pure sounds are developed in the surprising breakdown that leads to madness. 'Capella' is closing the EP with an avant- garde atmosphere that, for sure, will make the release a new step forward in the Braemer sound and discography.

Noissier left his mark in Sincopat with his solo 'Momentum' EP released a few months ago. Now he chooses the great track 'Survival' by TH;EN featuring Jinadu for his remix in this eleventh release of this series. He takes this timeless vocal electronic piece to his stage offering a more organic and deeper version but keeping the original essence. Definitely moves the track to the next level. By his side, Hungarian rising talent SNYL won the remix contest arranged by Hellodemo with an exquisite remix to AFFKT's 'Bac'.

About the release
Every year Blindfold Recordings gather music from their key artists, friends and brand new talent to release within their annual compilation 'Night Vision'. The fourth edition is no exception. They try to curate a fine selection of what they like to play themselves and even sometimes music we would put on at home. This edition is particularly clubby so we hope that the party will start again soon. 
They could write a long passage with nice words about the artists and their achievements but they won't bother you with this in 2021. Instead, they urge you to take a listen to the music and dance.
