Witchy EP aims to symbolically envision two fundamental values for @bixbita: female empowerment in a music industry that still has prevalent gender inequalities, as well as, the magic and transforming power of music. 

The protagonist is a witch, a character historically oppressed by patriarchal societies, a symbol of feminism, vindication and simultaneously, of magic. In this case, it is a witchy girl who likes techno and raving, a reinterpretation that merges stereotypes with counterculture, the mainstream with the underground. An intention captured, in an abstract way, within the project’s sound concept.

WITCHY EP is made up two tracks: THE HUNT and THE SPELL, and is also coming with a visual piece which plays with the music-video interaction, something that @bixbita wants to experiment with in her new artistic approach. In this case, concepts such as speed, strength, fire, night, liberation and struggle, are represented in a hypnotic and captivating way, through this sound-visual symbiosis, as if it was a spell.
