Boasting a one-of-a-kind roster of chiefly local talents including Noir Sur Blanc signee Boy In Nature, ascendant 3000 Bass affiliate Old Sport, local newcomer Leo Miller and multi-genre aficionado Loboski, ProtoHouse looks set to put some new names on listeners’ radars from the outset, while continuing to uphold the carefully curated approach of its sister label.

Loboski’s “Did Wrong” – which draws the EP to a close – is a future house offering recalling early Disclosure, topped with silky vocals and infused with slo-mo breakbeats to hint at yet another direction we can expect the nascent imprint to head in as it establishes itself as a go-to hub for innovations in house.
