Sorry i would've reuploaded this earlier but i sorta forgot.

✦ [In a neighboring universe, there was once a family.]
✦ [They were happy, without problems.]
✦ [A father and a mother, with a son and daughter.]
✦ [The parents are not to be named.]
✦ [The son and daughter, however...]
✦ [The son's true name must be kept unknown, therefor, he created an alias.]
✦ [Nova.]
✦ [And his sister, Asteria.]
✦ [They lived a nice life under their parents.]
✦ [Until the day came where it seemed Nova was uneducated about something.]
✦ [Something he encountered.]
✦ [It was interesting.]
✦ [A tree.]
✦ [A tree that looked as if the branches and leaves were shadows, so dark, as if it was a void in time and space itself.]
✦ [From the tree, leaked a small stream of liquid coming from it.]
✦ [It was dark, but for some reason, Nova thought it looked edible.]
✦ [Not knowing what this liquid was, at the age of 15, he drank it.]
✦ [Upon drinking it, he blacked out.]

✦ [He woke up near his home, where a group of people found him.]
✦ [He opened his eyes.]
✦ [The people surrounding him looked terrified.]

✦ (1)???: Why.. Why do your eyes look like that?
✦ (2)???: Ew.. It looks weird. Forget this. Save yourself, kid.

✦ Nova: Wh.. What..? What did you just call me?
✦ Nova: Weird?...
✦ [Nova became angered easily for some odd reason.]
✦ Nova: You...
✦ Nova: Don't walk away from me when I'm talking to you!
✦ [Without realizing it, his eyes darkened, and started warping the person closer to him.]
✦ (2)???: What the fuck?! What the hell are you doing?! What is happening?!
✦ [The person was lifted off of the ground and gravitated towards Nova's eyes.]
✦ [As this was happening, Nova's parents and little sister walk out of their house.]
✦ [The other person who was with the person being effected by this strange ability, reached out to try to save them.]
✦ [It was too late.]
✦ [The person's legs shrinked and were warped into Nova's eyes.]
✦ [They screamed in pain and horror as they were flattened to a miniscule spec of nothingness as they were warped into Nova's eyes.]

✦ [For a moment after this, everything stood silent.]
✦ [The other person fell back in shock and began sobbing.]

✦ Nova: I-I.. I don't know what.. just happened.. I'm..
✦ [The person pulled out a gun from their satchel.]
✦ [Nova backs up, afraid.]
✦ [The person smiles, crying.]
✦ (1)???: I can't live without them. This is your fault.
✦ [The person aims the gun to their head and pulls the trigger with no hesitation.]
✦ [Nova freezes.]

✦ [He collapses to his knees, and screams.]
✦ [Everything around him turns black, and starts deforming into nothing.]
✦ [Luckily, his family got away before anything happened.]
✦ [Everything within a mile radius of Nova was however, well, deleted from existence.]
✦ [It was ripped into the new ability he had.]
✦ [The ability to create and control darkness and black holes.]

✦ [After this, he was never able to see his parents again. He was abandoned.]

✦ [A few years pass, Nova is 19 now, almost 20.]
✦ [He is surviving alone in a home he made in the woods, far from everyone he knows.]

✦ [Until one day, he hears a knock on his door.]
✦ [He opens the door to find Asteria there, standing there at his doorstep.]

✦ [She looks different.]
✦ [For some reason, instead of the bright pink eyes she once had, they are now teal and purple.]
✦ [Asteria explains about some things that has happened over the years as Nova was gone.]
✦ [Nova finds out both of his parents died, that's why Asteria has come to live with him.]
✦ [Nova feels stressed about this.]
✦ [He feels bad for his sister, she was closer to their parents than he was.]
✦ [He takes Asteria in to live together once again.]
