Yoisurabushi is one of the island songs of the Amami Islands. It is a song based on the belief in sister gods (sister gods), who protect brothers or men who have gone out to sea, and which have been passed down not only in Amami but also in Okinawa. A white bird perched on a stern is regarded as a symbol of Narigami and is regarded as a good omen. The name of the song comes from the musical accompaniment word "Surayoisura".
