LET IT BE in its essence is about surrendering to the human experience and letting go of the illusion of control. Your ego which is your false identity can only exists within attachements thus letting go means you are free.

My name is Sinikka, which translates to blue in Finnish.

Blue—the color of the throat chakra, Vishuddha. One of the seven energy centers that exist within us.

The throat chakra governs communication, self-expression, and the power to speak one’s truth. It is the bridge between thought and reality, between what is felt and what is heard. To awaken it is to reclaim the voice, to dissolve the fear of being seen, to step fully into authenticity.
