Recent years have seen Mob Tactics revel in creative freedom. Releases like the “Body Check EP” and 
the Ryme Tyme - laced “Tweakers” have demonstrated multiple facets to their sound. Unconstrained by 
sub-genre limitations, the one thread that binds all their work is that commitment to making ravers 
move. Complex and technical, but with an irresistible edge of funk aimed straight at the dancefloor, 
Mob Tactics established their brand of drum & bass circa 2010, and quickly caught the ear of the likes of 
Andy C, DJ Hype, and Chase & Status. Signed and certified by some of the biggest DJs and labels in the 
scene, we've got a feeling they're just getting started.
So. Ok... This one... right then, prepare yourselves. Leading off with some old school Bukum style pleasant chords Mob Tactics come hard on the switch up with some serious screw face stomper business. After a long thought who should remix one of Jindra's most played tracks the choice came upon the french duo Katharsys even though some other names were considered. And the result? Exactly as it was planned and precisely how Katharsys do their best: perfect mixdown, massive bass accompanied by their characteristic kick-drum and snare = all mixed in way that would blow your balls to the Moon. We gotta warn you it is not recommended for people with epilepsy because they might suffer from scattered, while still straight-cutting beats. Much time had passed since the uprising of the demon kings had sprung forth from the ancient obelisk, bringing ruin to the great city that had been built around it. Yet more had passed since humanity had lost their homeworld to these malevolent creatures, who poured out from the monument with no other desire than to torture, pillage, and destroy. For years, all-out war had raged on the Earth’s surface and yet for all of humanity’s most valiant efforts, the killing of one demon had begotten only the rising of two more. In their final hour, those scant few who survived had fled to the stars, abandoning the wreckage of their beloved home. It was there that they maintained an uneasy existence above it, one tied to the sanctuary of a handful of meager orbital stations scattered amidst their solar system.

It was from these stations that they now watched in horror as a great celestial body rapidly entered their domain, its surface scarred by gargantuan visages of suffering and despair that protruded from its surface. As it neared the abandoned remains of their homeworld, the gravity well of the hellish sphere sucked its shattered pieces almost instantaneously inward as though feeding the horrific faces that marred its ochre hide. Though sound permeated not through the vacuum of space, the minds of all those who watched were split by a psychic scream of pleasure that emanated forth from the planet as though it were a living being. Then, as though sated by the life it had consumed, it began to drift back beyond the bounds of their solar system, completing the cycle of DIVERGENCE once more.

I have been working on those tracks after my To The Threshold Album, some of the tunes was in the process already while i did the previous album. You can expect from this release hard Drum & Bass tunes, again i have been trying to do my best on all of those tunes! And possibly best sounding as i can, as sometimes it was not easy at all to do the right sound. I added on this release also one more experimental kind of Drum & Bass, 4/4 track, would not say its a Crossbreed one, then Electro remix from my side project Pornothrasher, as i enjoy to do Electro too as many of you know. I asked MC Coppa to record for me vocals for the track that is on the EP, and need to say im really happy with the result, not the heaviest DNB track, but rolls really good and hard enough to kick your ass! The Rest is my solo i would say pure Hard Drum & Bass tracks, how i like to produce and to play! I hope you enjoy this release, again i tested it at gigs, and the tunes just went greatly, some of them some of you asked on the net already. Thank you so much, and buy the vinyl to keep them alive. release date should be end of October, 4 tunes on vinyl and 4 tunes as digital extra bonus tracks - if you buy the vinyl EP you get with it unique code where you can download the digital release of FSRECS 008 with the extra 4 digital only tracks, two weeks as usual the tunes on digital shops.
