“​I haven’t put a mix together in a while so I wanted it to reflect a lot of what I’ve been listening to and playing at my club night, CMYK, and to draw lines between all of it. I don’t really focus on any one genre - I just pick what sounds good to me, so it tends to come out eclectic. There’s music in here from me, some of my friends and some people I admire. To be sure that all the wire’s in his new studio was correctly plugged in, the first thing Olefonken did was a remake of Joystick Jay’s unreleased track called, "Trafikklyset".

Every single sound is from one source only, the Korg Ms-10 (with loads of processing of course) which resulted in a pretty scruffy and lo-fi version if you will. 

A couple of lockdowns later we figured it could possibly be a nice little treat for our friends and followers, wishing you all a happy and safe 2021!✨
