Salutations!

Me revoilà avec "The Zebre" (beats) Dix mois et demi de travail exactement ...
Je suis dans la musique depuis tout petit et j'ai toujours autant de plaisir à en faire, si ce n'est,
de plus en plus.
Je pense que pour bien avancer, il faut toujours garder "l'esprit du débutant" car les personnes qui
prétendent avoir tout pondu doivent profondément s'ennuyer maintenant qu'ils croient avoir tout fait.
J'aime quand le travail d'un artiste me fait dire, là je ne peux vraiment pas rivaliser...
Et puis je n'trouve pas ça intéressant de se comparer, on est déjà énormément dans la culture de la compétition de l'école à la retraite ...
Ce n'est pas une mauvaise chose si cela nous pousse à nous surpasser mais si l'objectif pour certains est d'écraser l'autre pour parvenir à quelque chose de plus fort, ça devient malsain.
Si il faut comparer ou plutôt faire de la métaphore je me compare à un Zebre sur cet album parce que je pense que je n'ai pas une seule couleur en matière d'influence ...
Je suis un blanc qui est influencé pas la musique de tous les horizons et en ce moment, plus particulièrement "les musiques noires", tout comme le zèbre est blanc et noir j'ai plus d'une couleur musicale...
Là, depuis que j'ai recommencé le chant j'éprouve des difficultés dans les aigus et puis la grosse voix un peu ragga aussi mais ça m'oriente sur autre chose...
Rien à voir avec ça mais J'aime bien préparer pleins d'amorces d'instrumentales et puis, revenir travailler celles qui me plaisent le plus ...
Pour les textes J'aime bien écrire une idée ... puis une autre ... puis plein d'autres et puis jouer au puzzle avec tout ça après... construire un maximum de cohérence, prendre le travail au sérieux sans se prendre soi-même au
sérieux car, le style musical, c'est un petit élément dans la musique, la musique, c'est un petit élément dans l'art et l'art, c'est un petit élément de la vie. C'est juste, et quand on réalise ça, ça fait vraiment prendre de la distance. (c'est Daniel Humair qui a dit quelque chose de semblable)
Ceux qui sont empreints de prétention devraient méditer ça.
Je n'ai pas encore terminé de parfaire les enregistrements des voix pour la version non instrumentale ...
Le bébé n'est pas terminé mais je suis en chantier de faire sa co-naissance.
Vu que nous sommes dans les idées ... J'ai vu une image sur la page Facebook de Nai Palm où il était inscrit
en 3 lettres F.L.Y pour "First Love Yourself" ce qui signifie "Aime toi d'abord", même si nous ne décidons, je suis entièrement d'accord avec cette façon de voir les choses car quelqu'un qui ne s'apprécie pas éprouvera
des difficultés à aimer les autres... Il en va de même pour mon travail musical ...
Je me fais plaisir et si d'autres personnes écoutent et apprécient mes travaux alors ce plaisir est partagé...
j'ignore ce qu'on attend de moi, j'ignore même si on attend de moi quelque chose artistiquement car à en croire Facebook, YouTube, Soundcloud et Bandcamp, je suis vraiment très peu écouté ...
Mais ce n'est pas important à mon sens ...
Pierre De Coubertin disait "l'essentiel c'est de participer" je rajouterai que l'important c'est de se faire
plaisir ... Et au delà de ça l'important, c'est l'amour.
Une dernière chose, l'outro est un hommage à tous mes défunts, amis, mais également famille et mes animaux partis au ciel aussi ... Des bisous à eux, des bisous à vous !

i’ve put so much effort into this song. the first iteration was released. yet, it was ass. i decided to remake it around june of 2022, ended up getting Asher on this for a collab tape., which stories of a </3 was supposed to be, but time constraints and other things got in the way. this was my last song to be recorded before my heartbreak that inspired the album. i like to be cryptic about my songs and the meanings but with how well this song was, i decided to give more insight to it.

the first iteration, i still have of the song and it’s not good at all, at least not up to my standards.
