Track 14

This track was created based on research conducted by Dr A.L. Dvorak and Dr E. Hernandez-Ruiz. The two papers in question focused on the efficacy and benefits of a blueprint for the composition of music to benefit the listener when conducting mindfulness meditation.

This music is the result of me following this blueprint. It was showcased to several music production students and was met with positive feedback.

This music, ultimately, is to aid and boost your mood when listening. I hope it helps.
